New Cut Coffee is an independent speciality coffee shop on Bristol’s Floating Harbour at Wapping Wharf. Founded in 2021 by Jack Hudspith and Katy Evans, the café has become part of Bristol’s thriving independent coffee scene, combining carefully prepared coffee with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

The café takes its coffee seriously, offering a house espresso blend alongside single-origin espresso, filter coffee and hand-brewed options. New Cut Coffee works closely with its roasting partners to develop and select coffees with distinctive flavours and character.

Alongside its coffee, visitors can enjoy a selection of cakes, freshly prepared sandwiches and other food. The café describes itself as family, child and dog friendly, making it a welcoming destination for local residents, visitors and people exploring Bristol’s harbourside.
